\n Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
\n Compensation: Up to $22 per hour
\n Contract: 6-month assignment

\n What you’ll be doing
\n• Creating MNCs and PNCs to partner with 3PL for in-house defects (reporting to the QA Manager)
\n• Acquiring and reviewing “Right First Time” pass data to drive continuous improvement
\n• Managing Quality Hold and stock check requests related to defects
\n• Supporting returns processing and information flow between 3PL and claims teams
\n• Assisting with transportation claims and communicating supplier defects to quality teams
\n
\n This job might be a great fit if you have:
\n• A college degree OR 5+ years of relevant experience (preferred, not required)
\n• Strong computer skills and comfort with data entry/analysis
\n• Excellent cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills
\n• Ability to lift 32 lbs and work on the production floor as needed (walking/standing)
