Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a leading automotive services supplier in Irvine, CA! This individual will play a key role in serving as the front face of the company, providing a warm welcome and delivering top-notch administrative support to our team.
Location: Fully onsite in Irvine, CA 92618
Job Type: Temp-To-Hire (will transition to permanent employment upon completion of hours)
Pay: up to $18 - $20/hr
Schedule: FULL-TIME (8AM - 5PM), Mon-Fri
Scope of the Role:
This position is ideal for a highly organized and welcoming professional who enjoys multitasking and being a central point of contact. The Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression for all visitors, managing phone and email inquiries, and supporting internal teams with administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
* Notify staff of guest arrivals and manage visitor sign-ins and badges
* Answer and route phone, email, and in-person inquiries appropriately
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized reception area
* Manage directories for employees and departments
* Follow building security and access procedures
* Operate multi-line phone and telecommunication systems
* Communicate needs, irregularities, and important updates across teams
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* At least 1-2 years of receptionist or front desk experience preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and other basic computer systems
* Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
* Able to multitask and work independently or collaboratively
