Overview:
Industrial manufacturer seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support territory growth and succession planning.


Responsibilities:

• Manage strategic sales efforts across a multi-state territory (NY to VA and Atlanta)
• Drive account development and territory growth through hands-on customer engagement and planning
• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and report business intelligence to leadership
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and distribution partners
• Support future team development; expected to oversee technical sales staff in NY over time
• Contribute to competitive analysis and positioning in the field
• Represent the company professionally while traveling extensively throughout the region

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; engineering background ideal
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial or motion control products
• Prior leadership or team oversight experience strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 60%
• Based in Greater Philadelphia, NY, or Virginia
• Valid driver's license and insurance required

Compensation:

• Base salary range: $130,000-$150,000
