To qualify for the position, candidates must have a sincere passion for fitness. Our perfect candidates are RD's who desire having a diverse and ongoing role in their clients' lives. Experience as a fitness professional is not required. All new team members will complete our comprehensive Personal Fitness Training Instructor Program. All full-time team members with 4+ years of service earn over $70,000 plus benefits.
This position includes:
NO SELLING. One on One provides new team members with fitness and nutrition clientele upon completion of our Personal Fitness Training Instructor Program.
A COMPLETE BENEFITS PACKAGE including health insurance, paid vacation/holidays, retirement plan with company match, and more.
INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP NUTRITION COUNSELING. Dietitian/Fitness Hybrids are expected to conduct nutrition counseling and education sessions in both personal and group settings.
PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING. One on One will provide fitness clients upon completion of One on One's Personal Fitness Trainer Instructor Program.
Opportunities for growth into a leadership position are available within year one for exceptional candidates.
