In this challenging and fast paced role, the Remote Sales Medical Recruiterwill direct recruitment strategies, develop employment marketing materials, conduct interviews with Healthcare professionals and interact with Hospital clients in multiple states. The Remote Sales Medical Recruiter will specialize in filling employment needs in Nursing Management, Advanced Practice Nursing, and specialized nursing roles throughout the entire country. In this full cycle recruiting role, the Remote Sales Medical Recruiter will have the opportunity to participate in many aspects of the job. This includes new business development, management of existing accounts, marketing & advertising, recruiting, candidate development and hands-on client consulting.
