**Come join our amazing team and work remote from home!** **What you'll do:** The Sr Web Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of website including database, business, security, and front-end user interfaces. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $120,000.00 to $150,000.00. + Design and develop websites using ASP.Net and C#.Net Framework + Work closely with management, end-users and IT peers to throughout the SDLC. + Use best practice software design practices in a fast-paced and agile environment. + Recommend technical design solutions and document the technical design requirements, including any security design considerations or solutions. + Researching, planning, designing and developing new applications, maintaining existing code, working on new enhancements and features, writing, tuning and debugging SQL stored procedures for use with web applications. + Collaborating with other developers and management, sharing ideas, presenting ideas at team meetings + Working with source code control systems such as TFS, GIT, and GitFlow. + Participating in code reviews + Team-player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, possess a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Possess a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision **What you'll need:** + Solid web development experience with ASP.NET MVC and C#.NET + Solid understanding of MS SQL stored procedures and queries and Entity framework + Team-player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, possess a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant discipline, or equivalent experience + 5+ years of full-time software development experience in .NET Framework .Net Core and .Net Standard. + Experience with Azure environment, Web service and API development, MicroServices/Azure functions, GIT or Azure DevOps, and Mobile development (Xamarin) + Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and AJAX + Experience with WCF, XML and web services development + Experience with design patterns and OWASP security + Solid understanding of MS SQL stored procedures and queries + Demonstrated experience with the Software Development Lifecycle concepts and techniques including secure development methodologies, Agile and Scrum. + Experience in MVC, developing for mobile platforms, working with social media and mash-up integration with Google Maps, Zillow API, etc. + Nice-to-haves: NoSQL (Such as Elastic), Containers such as Docker or Kubernetes **Our Company:** Carrington Mortgage Holdings is a holding company whose primary businesses include asset management, mortgages, real estate transactions and real estate logistics.
