Responsibilities:

As a Remote Vacation Planner your main responsibilities will include:

1. Customer Engagement: Interact with clients via email phone calls or online chat to understand their vacation preferences requirements and budget.
   

2. Itinerary Creation: Create customized vacation itineraries tailored to the clients interests and needs including flights accommodations activities and transportation.
   

3. Vendor Coordination: Communicate directly with various vendors such as hotels airlines tour operators and transportation services to secure bookings and negotiate favorable terms.
   

4. Documentation: Ensure all necessary travel documents such as visas and travel insurance are organized and provided to clients.
   

5. Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients before during and after their trips addressing any questions concerns or issues that may arise.
   

6. Stay Informed: Stay uptodate with travel industry trends destination information and travel regulations to provide the best advice and options to clients.
   

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old or older
  
• Authorized to work in the USA Mexico Colombia or Australia
  
• Reliable WiFi connection
  
• Access to a smart phone or computer
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Ability to build rapport with clients and vendors
  
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
  
• Flexibility to work varying hours to accommodate client needs
