Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years as a kitchen manager or similar position
• High school graduate
• Basic Point of Sale and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Effective time-management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• A fun, friendly and outgoing personality

Experience:

• Restaurant Shift Management: 2 years (Required)
• Knife Skills (Required)
• Sushi / Hibachi (Preferred)

License:

• ServSafe Food Handler (Preferred)
