We are seeking an experienced New Business Development Leader to drive sales, build strategic partnerships, and accelerate market adoption in the aerospace, medical, and automotive sectors.This is a high-impact role for an entrepreneurial sales leader passionate about cutting-edge manufacturing technology, sustainability, and driving efficiency in CNC machining processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Market ExpansionIdentify and engage key decision-makers in aerospace, medical, and automotive manufacturing.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.Generate and close new business opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.Build a pipeline of high-value accounts and manage long-term client relationships.Industry & Technical ExpertiseEducate customers on the benefits of supercritical CO2 cooling vs. traditional oil- and water-based solutions, including performance improvements, cost savings, and sustainability impact.Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to customize solutions for client needs.Stay informed on industry trends, competitive technologies, and regulatory shifts affecting CNC machining and coolant applications.Strategic Partnerships & Customer SuccessDevelop partnerships with OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers, and CNC machining companies to expand market penetration.Work closely with distributors and channel partners to increase adoption.Provide post-sales support and ensure customers maximize the benefits of Pure Cut technology.Qualifications & Experience:Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or technical sales within machining, cutting tools, lubricants, or industrial cooling systems.Strong network and relationships in aerospace, medical, and/or automotive manufacturing.Understanding of CNC machining, cutting fluids, and cooling technology is highly preferred.Ability to sell value-based, disruptive technology to engineers, plant managers, and procurement teams.Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow a market and establish new revenue streams.Willingness to travel extensively to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and support installations.Why Join Us?Be at the forefront of game-changing machining technology that enhances performance, reduces costs, and supports sustainability goals.Work with a passionate and innovative team committed to reshaping the future of manufacturing.Competitive base salary + commission + performance-based incentives.Career growth opportunities in a high-impact leadership role.
