Job Description

Turing is seeking professionals with solid experience in sales management, account leadership, or business development particularly those overseeing wholesale teams in manufacturing, distribution, or technology sectors.

Role Overview:

• In this role, you will work on projects that help fine-tune and improve large language models (LLMs) using your sales operations and B2B management expertise.
• No prior AI experience is required.
• These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to strengthen sales strategy, enhance forecasting accuracy, and streamline client communication and performance tracking.

What Does Day-to-Day Look Like:

• Design and solve real-world sales and business development scenarios to evaluate AI reasoning.
• Write structured, detailed solutions related to lead generation, negotiation, account management, and sales forecasting.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with wholesale sales best practices.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model understanding of sales pipelines, pricing models, and customer relationship dynamics.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, Account Manager, or Business Development Lead in wholesale, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales operations, CRM systems, and client management strategies.
• Excellent English communication and reasoning skills, with the ability to explain complex sales processes clearly.
