Rate: $48 - $58 / hr. w2

• Participate actively in Agile and Scrum processes.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage interactions across diverse groups with competing priorities.
• Write, define, and elicit user stories or requirements.
• Ensure user stories adhere to INVEST or other current best practices.
• Provide and accept constructive feedback throughout project lifecycles.
• Independently research topics using available tools and resources.
• Perform impact analysis on systems, users, projects, and dependencies.
• Coordinate all communication strands of a project with strong organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce and understanding of its data structure.
• Integration experience (e.g., with platforms like ICOMS or CSG).
• Familiarity with business analysis tools (nice to have):
  • Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
  • Jira for project management
  • MS Visio or Lucidchart for process flow diagrams
  • Ability to construct “as-is” and “to-be” process flows

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
