Salesforce experience 1-2 years (Classic version is fine Lightening is a nice to have) Agile experience is required JIRA or Confluence Deep understanding of Agile principles, practices and artifacts Ability to influence behavior without having organizational hierarchy, courageous, problem solver; organized and disciplined Experience with teams developing APIs preferred Ability to understand complex technologies and architectures Highly skilled at being able to quickly resolve team blockers with many dependent teams and systems They do not need SQL and do not need to be heavy technical Experience with mobile app and/or CRM systems a plus
