We are looking for Salon Assistants that want to make an impact! We have part-time and full-time roles.

Here are some highlights of what actions you will be doing in this role:

• Responsible for providing a high standard of assistance to Hairstylists and Hair Colorists by performing:
  • Shampooing guests,
  • Applying and monitoring treatments,
  • Executing conditioning treatments,
• Support the standards of Tricoci by maintaining:
  • Blow dry/self-serve stations,
  • Hairstylist stations,
  • Shampoo areas,
  • Dispensary areas,
  • Laundry (keeping up with the flow of services),
  • and more.
• Ensure safety standards and cleanliness, keeping the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensure board compliance.
• Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of guest services throughout the Salon and Spa.

Here are some of the skills and background that we are looking for in this individual:

• Experience with children, retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
• Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
