Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Location: Oklahoma (On-site) Compensation: $125,000 – $140,000 + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO Direct Hire - MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES NOW AND IN THE FUTURE WITHOUT ASSISTANCE We are seeking a Senior Workday HCM Specialist to join our client's HR team. This direct-hire role will serve as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM, supporting system configuration, business processes, data integrity, and end‑user adoption. Key Responsibilities Support and configure Workday HCM and related modules (Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Payroll, Benefits). Maintain and optimize business processes, reports, dashboards, and security. Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to implement system enhancements. Manage system releases, testing, and data integrity. Provide end-user training, support, and documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3–5+ years of hands‑on Workday HCM configuration and support. Strong knowledge of HR processes and Workday reporting (calculated fields, dashboards). Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Preferred Experience in multiple Workday modules. Workday certification(s). Familiarity with Workday Studio, Prism Analytics, BIRT, and integrations. HR systems project management or implementation experience.
