We are looking for a results driven Assistant store managers/shift leads to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, employee recruitment, or retail management. Store manager responsibilities may include supervising bakers, drivers, shift leads and other staff.. Food service industry experience in fast paced, customer focused food service environment is highly desired.

Responsibilities:

• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Scheduling and Ordering
• Continually training employees- striving for 100% quality, cleanliness and customer service
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Additional store manager duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Associates Degree or higher (Preferred)
• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Preferred)
• Food Handler Certification (Preferred)

We are looking for Bakers & Mixers to prepare different types of cookies & their delicious toppings. Mixer responsibilities include opening the bakery early in the morning, mixing dough, preparing fillings and store upkeep. Bakers are required to assist customers, dress cookies to perfection, and assist mixers and managers in their daily tasks. To be successful in this role, you should have a good work ethic and a positive attitude! Ultimately, you will make sure we offer fresh and delicious goods to our customers on a daily basis.
