SolarTech Roofing Foreman and Crew job Description

Key Roles Available:

• Foreman:
• Lead roofing projects with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Supervise and train team members to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with project managers and solar installation crews for seamless execution.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with diverse team members.
• Requires 5+ years of roofing experience and OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Crew Members:

• Install a variety of roofing systems (shingle, tile, TPO, and more).
• Work collaboratively to ensure safety and precision.
• Requires OSHA 10 certification (or ability to obtain).
• Experience preferred but training available for motivated candidates.

Qualifications:

• Foreman : Proven experience leading roofing crews, strong problem-solving skills, ability to mentor team members
• Crew Members : Roofing experience preferred but not required. Will train candidates eager to learn.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required (training can be provided).
• Physical ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
