These coaches will assist with creating a Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) and support Agile Transformation efforts based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The role involves facilitating communication and collaboration across organizational boundaries, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure best practices are understood and adapted to organizational needs. Clearance: DoD SECRET clearance or above. Locations: National Capital Region (NCR). This is a TELEWORK position for residents within NCR, with on-site work as needed, including working EST hours.
