Business Analyst Intern

We're looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join our Product Management team and support strategic initiatives in financial technology for our institutional clients. This internship is ideal for students who are passionate about understanding the dynamics of financial markets, institutional customer behavior, and the competitive landscape in FinTech of Institutional Investors. You'll work closely with product managers to inform product strategy through research, data analysis, and business insights. You will gain hands-on experience in market analysis and product strategy within a FinTech environment, exposure to real-world business challenges and decision-making processes, mentorship from experienced product managers and business leaders, opportunities to present findings and contribute to strategic discussions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in the FinTech space.
• Analyze industry reports, customer feedback, and usage data to support product decision-making.
• Assist in developing business cases for new product features or enhancements.
• Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare insights for product reviews.
• Support go-to-market planning and product positioning efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between market insights and product strategy.
• Contribute internal presentations and strategy documents for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in financial technology, digital products, and market strategy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and synthesize insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn.

Salary Range: $41,600 - $65,000 Annual
