Survey Technician - Brownsville, TX!Halff has a current opening for a Survey Technician in our Brownsville, TX location.Learn about Halff and our 75th Anniversary!What you will do: Organizing research for field. Reducing filed observations. Preparing data for drafting. Assisting the RPLS by preparing Survey Reports Preparing COGO calculations. Assisting the RPLS with the Boundary Analysis.What you will need: 3+ years of experience as a Survey Technician. Experience in producing survey maps and plats. Experience with Civil 3D, required. Understanding of Computer Technology (tablets, iPads, etc.) required. Must have a valid Texas Driver's License. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods of time. Ability and willingness to follow instructions that may be written, delivered verbally, or conveyed from various methods of communication. Must be flexible, dependable, responsible and disciplined to be a positive representative for Halff and remain punctual on a consistent basis. Overtime and weekend work may be needed to meet project deadlines. Ability to complete physical labor for up to 12 hours per day.
