Job Responsibilities: Assist with vocal warm-ups, ensemble rehearsals, and learn all music prepared for sessions. Manage and post recordings of rehearsals, noting musical and performance details. Record rehearsal tracks in correct key, assist with arrangements and transpositions under the Music Director’s guidance. Additional Duties: Organize and facilitate discussions on contemporary industry issues suitable for teens. Prepare and distribute materials, coach participants as needed. Required Skills and Knowledge: Competent accompanist, with sight-reading and music theory skills. Comfortable performing and leading rehearsals across musical theatre styles. Experience or interest in teaching pedagogy and working with pre-teens and teens. Preferred Skills: Ability to play additional instruments beyond piano.
