Job Description

Technical Scrum Master This is a remote position. We are looking for an experienced Technical Scrum Master to join our team. The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in facilitating agile development and ensuring that the Scrum framework is followed effectively. The ideal candidate will have an experience working in a software development environment preferably a solid background in mobile technology, web technology, or mobile/web app development and possess strong project management skills. Project Role: Technical Scrum Master Work Experience: 4+ years Work location: Remote Must Have Skills: Scrum, Project Management and Agile Methodology. Role and Responsibilities:

Lead Agile/Scrum practices and ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives.
Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products within deadlines.
Ensure the development team understands and follows the Agile/Scrum framework.
Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
Track and report on team progress and metrics to the management.
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
Coach and mentor team members to continuously improve their Agile/Scrum practices and processes.

Technical Profile:

Good hands on experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
Strong knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices.
Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and mobile technologies (Android, iOS) to communicate with developers effectively, evaluate project feasibility, and make informed decisions based on technical considerations.
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Excellent leadership quality, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to lead and manage change in a dynamic environment.
