ProKatchers is seeking a travel RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for a travel job in Rockford, Illinois.

Job Description & Requirements

Required Qualifications: \n

\n\t
• Minimum of 2 years experience.
\n\t
• In collaboration with multidisciplinary diabetes management team provides diabetes/nutritional self-management education (DSMES) to patients/families living with diabetes.
\n\t
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university in Dietetics/Food and Nutrition.
\n\t
• Completion of an accredited or approved supervised practice program.
\n

\n\n\n \n\n License / Certification: \n\n

\n\t
• State certification/licensure as a Registered/Licensed Dietician in WI and IL.
\n\t
• CDCES certification required. 
\n\t
• BLS/ACLS (AHA only)
