About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice-President of Marketing Strategy & Operations to join their mission-driven team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive scalable growth, operational efficiency, and sustained marketplace health. This role involves leading a high-performing team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. The VP will be responsible for team leadership, marketing strategy and planning, growth, campaign management, product marketing, and ensuring operational excellence within the marketing department. Key requirements for the role include extensive experience in marketing, a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, and solid stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strategic mindset, capable of bridging the gap between high-level marketing strategy and everyday operations. They should be solution-oriented, analytical, and adept at adapting marketing strategies to changing market conditions. Experience in food delivery and/or B2C marketplace brands is preferred.
