About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, General Manager for its Transformer Field Services business unit. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the national operations of the Transformer Field Services LOB, including managing a fleet of oil processing trailers and ensuring operational integrity. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with at least 15 years in operations roles within the Transformer Services industry. The role requires a leader with a strong sales background, capable of navigating complex sales and selling value over price. The VP, General Manager will be responsible for the location's budget, optimizing expenses, and managing P&L to meet company expectations. The position also involves providing leadership for project management, ensuring continuous improvement, and strategic business initiatives.
