**Position Overview:**
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer to join our remote team. You’ll be responsible for designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive web pages that enhance our brand and improve the overall user experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design and implement new website layouts, landing pages, and UI elements.
* Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to bring design ideas to life.
* Optimize designs for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
* Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms.
* Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in web design (portfolio required).
* Strong skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
* Understanding of SEO-friendly design.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
**Bonus Points:**
* Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
* Basic knowledge of JavaScript or front-end frameworks.
