We are actively seeking a Weld Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in New Holland, PA. This position is responsible for improving welding manufacturing efficiency, cost, product quality, and worker safety by analyzing current methods, developing new methods, new technologies, and cost reduction activities involved with Lean principles and activities.

Annual base salary range for this position is $72,750 - $106,700 USD. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
