Design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services. Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop) environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. Manage, monitor, and optimize systems hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC configurations. Perform system upgrades, patch management, and capacity planning for on-premises and cloud-based systems. Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, and operational procedures using Confluence. Track and manage incidents, requests, and project tasks through JIRA. Collaborate with security teams to implement system hardening, monitoring, and compliance best practices. Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex infrastructure issues. Assist with disaster recovery planning, testing, and implementation. Support automation and infrastructure-as-code initiatives where applicable.
