What We’re Looking For We are looking for a Body Shop Manager to help support our booming Body Shop business and to provide our customers with exceptional experiences. Benefits Family owned and operated Partners in the community Opportunities for advancement Onsite and on the job training 5 paid holidays Medical Plan Vision Plan Dental Plan 401(K) Plan Responsibilities Direct and schedule the activities of the Body Shop Train, motivate and monitor the performance of all Body Shop staff members Perform multiple tasks simultaneously Prioritize work to ensure that deadlines are met Review repair cost estimates and communicate with insurance companies Determine feasibility of repair versus replacement of parts, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors Evaluate practicality of repair as opposed to payment of vehicle market value before accident Prepare insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimate and recommendations Estimate cost of repainting, converting to special purpose, or customizing undamaged vehicles Present information and respond to questions from clients, customers, and dealership personnel Qualifications Minimum of 2 years previous estimator experience is required Confidence to handle high volume estimator needs under limited availability Ability to read/interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions and procedures manual Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Excellent communication skills, high level of initiative, and ability to work in a team Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general math skills Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen with a valid driver’s license Professional appearance in accordance with body shop policies / dress code ABRA Auto Body at Fort Dodge Ford Lincoln Toyota provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fort Dodge Ford Lincoln Toyota
