Job Description

Join a compassionate healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) providing essential patient care in a supportive environment within the Southeastern United States region. This role involves assisting patients with daily activities, observing and reporting changes in patient conditions, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked patient care area.

• Assist with patient admissions, including orientation to the unit and care equipment.
• Respond promptly to patient needs, providing direct assistance or notifying appropriate staff.
• Support the nursing care plan by performing delegated patient care tasks.
• Ensure patient safety through proper use of equipment and supplies.
• Manage medication and supply retrieval for patient care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked patient environment.
• Participate in cost containment efforts and accurate patient service charging.
• Engage in educational and performance improvement activities.
• Perform waived testing and maintain required skills per unit competency.
• Demonstrate commitment to customer satisfaction and efficient patient throughput.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Current registration with the appropriate state nursing assistant registry.

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong guest relations and communication skills.
• Ability to read and write English effectively.
• Flexibility in work tasks and schedules.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Understanding of age-specific patient care considerations.

• Ability to work variable shifts.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and patient turning.
• Visual and auditory acuity to observe patient conditions.
• Exposure to blood and body fluids with adherence to safety protocols.
