Dental Front Office Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator - Full-Time (Private Practice)
Location: San Antonio, TX.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (No weekends!)

We are a friendly, patient-focused private dental office seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office team member to join our growing practice. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent patient care, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Overview:

This is a full-time, in-office position combining three key roles:

Front Office Receptionist:

• Greet and check-in patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, confirm and follow up with patients.
• Maintain a smooth and organized front office workflow.

Treatment Plan Coordinator:

• Present treatment plans and explain procedures to patients clearly and confidently.
• Discuss financial options and coordinate scheduling for treatment.
• Follow up on pending treatment and patient questions.

Insurance Verification Specialist:

• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Submit pre-authorizations and claims, follow up on outstanding claims.
• Accurately enter and update insurance information.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of dental front office experience (required).
• Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance plans, and treatment coordination.
• Proficient in dental software (Open Dental - preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, organized, and a team player.
