The Conflicts Analyst supports the firm’s risk management need and new business function by collecting necessary information to perform thorough and accurate conflict of interest checks on proposed new representations and lateral attorney hiring. The Analyst is responsible for review and analysis of new matter requests and conflicts information related to firm acceptance of new matters and lateral hiring. The Analyst also assists with the resolution of conflicts issues and conflicts review associated with special projects, such as bankruptcies and lateral hiring.
Workweek Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. ET or PT time-zone.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience
The position requires a minimum of two (2 years) of increasingly responsible, directly-related conflicts law firm experience or experience in a practice support or legal assistant capacity.

Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance with applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $71,000-$107,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on location, market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
