This position combines technical skill with customer-focused communication to educate homeowners and provide solutions that fit their needs. Key Responsibilities Technical Service: Perform thorough maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment. Needs Assessment: Evaluate customers’ HVAC systems during service calls to identify opportunities for improvements or replacements. Proposal & Quoting: Prepare and present clear, detailed proposals and quotes that explain the benefits and value of recommended solutions. Customer Education: Inform homeowners about system operation, energy efficiency, and maintenance options to empower informed decisions. Relationship Management: Build trust with customers by providing reliable service and professional follow-up, encouraging long-term relationships. Documentation: Accurately record all service activities, sales conversations, and customer feedback using company software such as ServiceTitan . Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and installation teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction throughout the service process. ✅Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of residential HVAC service experience with some exposure to sales or customer-facing roles. Certification: EPA Type II or Universal Certification required. Skills: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to identify and act on sales opportunities with professionalism. License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Physical Requirements: Able to lift heavy equipment, work in confined or elevated spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
