The Legal Nurse Consultant serves as an indispensable clinical and educational resource to our clients, offering real-time guidance on their cases and, crucially, expertly managing the intricate details of complex medical litigation.
Leverage your expertise in the review of medical records and summaries.
Actively assist our Expert Search researchers by rigorously reviewing expert feedback on cases and providing crucial insights to determine the optimal expertise fit for medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service to attorney-clients during phone and video case intakes, collaborating seamlessly with our customer success, sales, and advisory teams to guarantee unparalleled client satisfaction.
Strong clinical knowledge - 5+ years of clinical experience working in an Emergency Room and/or Critical Care area in a hospital setting is a huge advantage for success in this role.
2+ years of experience working with a law firm or experience doing Legal Nurse Consulting would be beneficial for success in this role.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambitious performance metrics and goals.
