What You’ll Do

• Provide high-level executive and personal support to a busy entrepreneur
• Manage complex calendars, priorities, and travel with precision
• Plan and execute elevated events and social gatherings from intimate dinners to larger experiences
• Curate environments and experiences with refined taste and attention to detail
• Coordinate household operations, vendors, and staff
• Support philanthropic initiatives and light financial coordination
• Anticipate needs before they arise and implement systems that create ease
• Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, maintaining boundaries and standards
• Bring structure, polish, and follow-through to a fast-paced lifestyle

Who You Are

• Experienced Executive Assistant & Personal Assistant, or Lifestyle Manager supporting a high-profile principal
• Naturally type A organized, calm, and solutions-oriented
• Detail-driven with exceptional taste and aesthetic sensibility
• Comfortable operating across both professional and personal domains
• Confident, emotionally intelligent, and discreet

• Thrives in hybrid environments with in-person presence and flexibility

Work Style & Compensation

• Hybrid role , Austin-based required
• Competitive base salary $100–110K plus comprehensive medical package
