We are seeking a Registered or Certified Medical Assistant who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside skilled providers and specialists while gaining valuable experience in specialty care. As a key member of our care team, the Medical Assistant provides both clinical and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for exams and procedures, taking vitals and documenting accurate medical information.
  • Assist providers during patient visits and in-office procedures.
  • Administer medications, immunizations, and perform injections as directed.
  • Manage workload messages, phone calls, and patient communications.
  • Support patient education, follow-up, and care coordination.
  • Maintain clean and well-stocked exam rooms, ensuring equipment is in good working order.
  • Perform basic laboratory tests, specimen collection, and documentation according to policy.
  • Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered or Certified Medical Assistant credential (RMA, CMA, or equivalent)
  • Prior clinical or outpatient experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Professional, compassionate, and adaptable demeanor.
  • Proficient in electronic medical records and general computer applications.

Shift:
Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
