Nurse Assistant I , where you'll provide hands-on care and support to individuals served under the direction of licensed nurses. This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in nursing and become part of a collaborative care team dedicated to safety, dignity, and healing.
What You'll Do - Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration)
- Track intake/output, height, and weight, and collect routine lab samples
- Assist individuals served with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and toileting
- Support individuals served with medical equipment and mobility, including transfers, oxygen therapy, and safe transport to other departments
- Provide care within residential units, the clinic, or infirmary based on assignment
- Partner with licensed nurses to monitor individuals served progress and respond to care needs
- Ensure a safe, hazard-free environment for individuals served, visitors, and staff
What We're Looking For Education - High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience - No prior experience required-training will be provided!
Licenses/Certifications - State nursing assistant certification (preferred, not required)
