Position: Senior Customer Care Specialist

Salary: $21.44-23.82 per hour / $43,200-$47,997 annually, based on experience

  • Receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus if you hold a Personal Lines license – ask your recruiter for details!
  • Earn a $1,000 completion incentive after successful training and orientation (around 6 months)
  • Enjoy a 10% evening differential for applicable shifts
  • Receive a 20% weekend differential for applicable shifts

We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Professionals to join our dynamic team in providing outstanding support to our existing policyholders. As a Senior Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting with inquiries about billing, making policy adjustments, and offering recommendations tailored to their needs. This role is perfect for individuals who love solving problems and helping others!

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 12 months of contact center or customer service experience is required
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering excellent customer service, with strong active listening skills to build trust and satisfaction
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Willingness to acquire new skills and adapt quickly to change
  • Open to constructive feedback to support ongoing performance and development
  • Proficient in computer usage and multitasking
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required

Education/Certifications:

  • An associate's degree or higher is preferred
  • An active Personal Lines insurance license is preferred
