Summary
Our law firm is seeking to hire a full-time immigration attorney who will be responsible for managing a caseload of primarily U.S District Court litigation matters, and appeals in the U.S. Courts of Appeal, mostly in the Ninth Circuit, in addition to matters at the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). Qualified applicants will have substantial experience in litigating habeas petitions, mandamus actions, FOIA lawsuits, and other immigration litigation matters in the U.S. District Courts, with significant preliminary injunctive relief litigation experience.
Applicants must also demonstrate substantial experience and skill with appellate immigration matters. In this position, you will be responsible for working with the other lawyers in our firm to identify and develop creative and effective strategies in detention and removal cases, in addition to family-based, humanitarian, and business immigration matters that require, or may benefit from, district court litigation.
