Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).

The opportunity:

Sephora Internship – Data Analytics (January to June 2025) – x 2 Spots 

You will shine here if you enjoy…

• Further enhancing existing dashboards/queries to make them more efficient 
• Creating new dashboards/queries for upcoming features that are currently in the pipeline 
• Assisting with enhancing and optimizing data pipelines 
• Gather, clean, and organize data from CRM systems to be shared across the wider teams 
• Create and deliver insights reports and presentations that communicate marketing performance, trends, and actionable insights to stakeholders
• Provide insights to features within the Sephora web and app performance across the SEA region and spot opportunities and actionable next steps using tools such as DOMO, Github and BigQuery SQL
• Presentation summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations
• Documentation of project methodology and results
• Identify areas of improvement by analysing the conversion funnel and key metrics of two or three rolled out product features such 
• Contribute to cloud cost control initiatives by optimising Big query usage and regular housekeeping

• Knowledge and experience working with SQL or Python
• Good communications skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders 
• Innovative and creative, continually looking to demonstrate and drive improvement to boost commercial outcomes
• Self-initiated with a willingness to learn
