Job Details:

Responsibilities:

• Monitor production operations and ensure that to deliver maximum quality
• ,Analyzing the efficiency of manufacturing processes
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to all employees
• Organize workflow by creating schedules and appointing tasks
• Oversee and train employees in all necessary stations
• Ensure safe use of the equipment and routinely inspect or repair equipment
• Check production output and ensure that they match specifications
• Complete and submit reports on performance and progress
• Identify efficiency/production issues and recommend improvements
• Train new employees on safety, stations, and machinery
• Comply with and implement health and safety regulations and always wear protective equipment
• Attend all required meetings, training, and education opportunities

Position Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), and other necessary software
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Sound judgment and ability to problem-solve
• Will engage in repetitive motions including bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling
