As a Temporary Customer Service Representative / Office Assistant, you will utilize your strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while effectively multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This role involves handling incoming calls, managing data entry, assisting with clerical tasks, and supporting various sales operations. You will collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth office operations and a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be working part-time hours. Key Responsibilities: Answer office phones, forward calls to appropriate departments, take leads, and answer basic questions about products and procedures. Manage CRM (Acculynx) and perform data entry (Google Sheets) for leads taken over the phone and web submissions. Assist team members with clerical tasks that arise during daily operations. Support the Sales Manager with maintaining the contract pricing database. Assist the Sales Coordinator in organizing home shows as needed. Report measurables and participate in weekly team meetings. Assist with weekend correspondence as needed. Perform any unforeseen duties that may arise as the company grows. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Prior experience in the roofing or construction industry is preferred, but not required. Bilingual skills are preferred, but not required. Outstanding human relations skills and a positive attitude. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Google software (Sheets, Gmail, Drive). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. Nevada resident with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Regular attendance and punctuality are required. Must be adaptable, a team player, and able to follow directions from a supervisor. Ability to interact well with co-workers and contribute to a positive team environment.
