Overview What you’ll do: As a UX Researcher at Zipcar, you will conduct quantitative and qualitative research in support of our product strategy and roadmap. You’ll solve complex problems through generative and evaluative research, work with cross-functional teams to design new products and experiences and serve as the voice of the customer across our organization. What you’ll love about being a Zipster Lead impactful research end-to-end: Plan and execute generative and evaluative studies from start to finish, including scoping, recruitment, data collection, analysis, and delivering actionable insights. Champion the user experience: Deeply understand our user needs, behaviors, and emotions by applying a variety of research methods and leveraging customer experience metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with designers, product teams, and data scientists to ensure user insights shape design decisions and business strategy. Create a culture of curiosity: Involve colleagues across the organization in the research process and offer ways to connect with our members firsthand. Strengthen our UXR practice: Help grow our research capabilities and contribute to the evolution of our team’s vision and impact. What drives success for a UX Researcher 3+ years of research experience: You’re an empathetic, passionate researcher with a deep specialization in UX research and a broad set of skills across quantitative and qualitative research. Engaging storyteller: You have a talent for turning insights into compelling narratives, communicating clearly and effectively through writing and presentations tailored to a range of audiences. Collaborative team player: You thrive in cross-functional teams and enjoy building strong, positive relationships with colleagues across disciplines. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
