When you have selected your lot and chosen your home, the building site is excavated to create the best possible surface on which you’re new perimeter concrete foundation will be poured. This also includes the addition of blocking pads. When your new home arrives, special set-up equipment is used to place your home on the foundation. In the construction bid will be front yard landscaping, air conditioning, a new redwood fenced backyard, a driveway and a two to three car attached garage.

The completed project looks incredible like a site built home with only 1-2 steps into the front door. The beauty of these high quality homes is that they can be built much faster and less expensively than a traditional comparable site built home.
